No his hands aren't handcuffed behind his back! Pastor Dennis is just posing with the guards and his military training kicked in when he got near these men in uniform. At least he is at ease.

I'm glad Dennis is at ease...all these gun pictures don't make feel at ease. At least the guards look pretty friendly.
